Available Position : 2 head count

Engineer Experience :
3 – 5 Years relevant experience in helpdesk and desktop support

Working hours :
Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.45pm)

Scope of support / service :

• Provide Level 1 IT Helpdesk and Support to head office users

• Attend to all IT helpdesk ticket and respond within SLA

• Provide remote and deskside IT support to users

• Escalate and raise support to principal where required

• Install, deploy and support PC (OS and all IT standard software), Printer and Phone including retrieve from resigned staff

• Also include LAN, WIFI, VC support

• Timely and accurate recording of all IT inventory

• Daily monitoring of system health and attend to alerts and alarms. Record action and follow up to closure

• Documentation of issues and resolution, fixes to compile to IT Knowledge Base

• At least quarterly service performance review

Contract : 12 months

Packaged Offered :
Monthly Basic Salary

Service commencement : 15 September 2022
